The second time down any road is when you actually see it. The first pass you're navigating; the second pass you're noticing. Most of the photographs here are from second passes.
Good light doesn't wait, but it does warn you. The trick is being already outside when it happens — which mostly means being outside a lot when nothing is happening.

Each print is produced on archival fine-art paper, inspected by hand, and shipped flat or rolled depending on size. If a photograph elsewhere on this site caught your eye, ask — most can be printed.
