Good light doesn't wait, but it does warn you. The trick is being already outside when it happens — which mostly means being outside a lot when nothing is happening.
It's rarely hidden. It's usually in plain sight at the edge of a parking lot, and the only thing it asks of you is thirty seconds of attention.
